Buying English books in Japan

Buying English books in Japanese book stores are expensive, it costs about as 3 times as more than the normal price. To buy it on Amazon is cheaper and easy, but I suppose the cheapest place to buy is at Book-Off.
When I go to Ikebukuro, I sometimes pop in and buy books around 150-300yen, but not all stores sell English books. If you don't care about the price, or need to buy immediately, you should go to Kinokuniya, Maruzen, or Yaesu-Book-Center. If there aren't any stocks that you want to buy, they will order it for you, but keep in mind it takes about 7days to arrive. I would rather buy it on Amazon if there isn't the book I'm looking for.
